The CDC, circumvented the states authority and provided all of the funding previously granted plus more to help fight the disease in Tennessee. State politicians' strategy to limit access to Planned Parenthood and other nonprofits that support the LGBTQ community was futile. The attempt to typecast HIV patients as gay and bisexual was not an accurate portrayal of the data that represents their state.

At the Federal level work is being done to reinforce LGBTQ youth with services and support. At the State level hundreds of bills are being processed to limit Federal influence on the states and remove the rights and services to the LGBTQ communities.

The feud between Disney and Govenor DeSantis continues and begins to escalate as DeSantis threatens to take authority over the land that Disney is on. Public hearings occur that would leave in place land regulations for the next 30 years. This would limit the board that DeSantis built to restrict Disney. The feud between the two started early in the quarantine when Disney required COVID shots to help curtail the spread of the virus.

Educators can be held liable for not reporting deviant behavior of children to their parents. Subjects that are banned are as follows: gender roles, stereotypes, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or sexual relationships.
